This Rosie-Cran Mocktail (which can easily be made into a true cocktail) is holiday inspired and is the perfect addition to your Christmas meal or New Years celebration.
Here's the recipe!
Makes up to 10 mocktails
2 cups water
3/4 cup honey
2 springs of rosemary
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup squeezed orange juice
3 cups sparkling water (or champagne for a true cocktail)
rosemary and cranberries for garnish
In a saucepan, combine the water, honey, rosemary, & cranberries. Bring the mixture to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, cover with lid. Allow the mixture to boil for 3-5 mins. Remove from heat and let steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Pour the mixture, lemon & orange juice through fine mesh sieve, into a pitcher. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to cool for 15 minutes. Add the sparkling water (or champagne) before serving to the Rosie-Cran mixture and stir well. Serve over ice and garnished with rosemary and cranberries.
Happy Holidays Friends!
Cheers,
