Tahini "grain" bowl

Paleo, Whole30, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Dairy free

Such an easy go to meal and quick to make.


Assemble your "grain" bowl

  • Roasted veggies

  • Meat: I used prosciutto and crisped it on the stove top. Chicken, bacon, or steak are all great options too.

  • Pasta (I use the Jovial Cassava flour pasta)

  • Tahini Sauce

Tahini sauce recipe:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup warm water

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 Tbls olive oil

  • Directions: place all ingredients in a ball jar and shake to mix.

Batch cook Roasted veggies recipe:

  • 4-5 of your favorite vegetables

  • Broccoli

  • Carrots

  • Mushrooms

  • Zucchini

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • 1-2 Tbls Avocado oil

  • Salt

  • Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop all your veggies and coat them with oil and salt. Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
