Such an easy go to meal and quick to make.
Assemble your "grain" bowl
Roasted veggies
Meat: I used prosciutto and crisped it on the stove top. Chicken, bacon, or steak are all great options too.
Pasta (I use the Jovial Cassava flour pasta)
Tahini Sauce
Tahini sauce recipe:
1/2 cup tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp honey
2 Tbls olive oil
Directions: place all ingredients in a ball jar and shake to mix.
Batch cook Roasted veggies recipe:
4-5 of your favorite vegetables
Broccoli
Carrots
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Garlic
Onion
1-2 Tbls Avocado oil
Salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop all your veggies and coat them with oil and salt. Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
