GF, DF, Paleo, Low-carb, Candida protocol compliant
Here's the recipe!
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup shredded grass-fed beef liver (trust me you won't taste it)
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 onion
2 Tbls avocado oil
2" ginger minced
2 cups carrots
2 Tbls coconut aminos
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar snap peas (trade for kale or broccoli if AIP)
1/2 cup diced pineapple (keep the core!)
Sauté ground beef, shredded beef liver, garlic, onion, carrots, and avocado oil until beef is cooked. Add in the peas, aminos, salt, and pineapple.
Tip for the liver: pull out from the freezer and shred with a cheese grate.
