This smoothie is like a tasty chocolate milkshake, but healthy and will actually help you curb sugar cravings! It's also an excellent protein shake. Great alternative to a powdered protein shake.
Recipe:
1 frozen banana
1 cup kefir or yogurt,
or for a dairy free option coconut yogurt
2 Tbls Almond or Peanut butter
1 Tbls Cacao powder (not cocoa, cacao - this is an excellent superfood!)
2 scoops of Collagen
1/2 avocado
1/2 tsp vanilla
Fat within this smoothie: Kefir or yogurt, almond or peanut butter, & avocado
Protein within this smoothie: Collagen, kefir or yogurt, almond or peanut butter
