Happy Cinco de Mayo!
This sauce is packed with flavor and reminds me of that perfect street taco cilantro sauce. I use my carnitas recipe and top them with this tasty vibrant sauce.
Here's the recipe:
1 handful cilantro
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
half an avocado
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbls water
1 Tbls olive or avocado oil
1 garlic clove
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in the blender and pipe onto your tacos, burrito, taco bowl, or even nachos.
